You'll find our process is thorough and our inspectors will put the property under the microscope. The reports are detailed but delivered in layman's terms so you have a clear understanding of the findings including the major faults, minor defects and any maintenance concerns. The report also details the cost of any immediate repairs and the anticipated cost of any repairs required in the following three year period.
